Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Page Interact's services.

These terms and conditions, along with any applicable service-specific terms ("Terms of Service," "Terms of Use," or "Agreement"), govern your access to and use of any websites, mobile applications, products, or services offered by Page Interact (Private) Limited ("Page Interact," "we," "us," or "our") based on the plan you purchased (the "Services").

Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU SHALL NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES. THESE TERMS SHOULD BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH PAGE INTERACT'S PRIVACY POLICY.

Wherever used in these Terms of Service, "you," "your," "Customer," or similar terms refer to the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, including fees and charges for the Services. Changes will be posted on www.pageinteract.com (the "Site"), and, where necessary, we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a material change adversely impacts you, and you have prepaid for a term, you may notify us within 30 days to opt out of the change. We may either apply the change after your term ends or allow you to cancel your account and refund a pro-rated amount.

Definitions

  • "Authorized Users": Individuals you authorize to use the Services on your behalf.
  • "Customer Content": Information and data (text, images, videos, etc.) provided by you through the Services.
  • "Services": Services provided by Page Interact based on the purchased plan.
  • "Third-Party Services": External products or services integrated with Page Interact's platform.

Use of Services

Page Interact grants you and your Authorized Users a right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, as per the plan you selected.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to:

  • Ensure compliance with these Terms by your Authorized Users
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Content
  • Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access
  • Notify us promptly of any suspected security breaches

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Services for unlawful activities
  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services
  • Use the Services to store harmful or infringing content

Third-Party Services

You may use third-party services integrated with the Page Interact platform. These are governed by the terms of the respective third parties. Page Interact is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

Intellectual Property

Page Interact retains all rights, title, and interest in its Services. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your Customer Content for the purpose of delivering the Services.

Fees and Payment

  • Services may be subscription-based or one-time purchases
  • Payment details must be kept up-to-date to avoid service interruptions
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
