Page Interact connects to Facebook pages you already manage and handles your customers’ conversations. Here is how we keep that data — and your account — protected.
How we protect you
Built to keep your data safe
Your card details are never stored
Payment information goes straight to a 3D Secure (3DS) compliant gateway and is never saved on our servers. We do not see or keep your card number at any point.
Encrypted where it counts
Facebook access tokens, two-factor secrets and notification keys are encrypted at rest. All traffic runs over TLS 1.3 with HSTS, so nothing travels in the clear.
Strong account protection
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, two-factor authentication is available, and repeated failed sign-ins are rate-limited to block brute-force attempts.
You control every session
Stay signed in across devices, review them from settings, and revoke any one instantly. Changing your password signs every other device out automatically.
We stay inside Meta’s limits
Every request to Facebook is queued and rate-limited on purpose. Working comfortably within the platform’s limits is what protects your pages’ standing and keeps messages delivering.
Your data, deletable on request
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed, honour Facebook’s data-deletion requests automatically, and delete or anonymise your information whenever you ask.

Security questions
Does Page Interact store my card details?
No. Card information is sent directly to a 3D Secure compliant payment gateway. We never have access to it and never store it on our servers.
Is my Facebook access token safe?
Yes. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to read and send the messages you approve. Disconnecting a page revokes our access to it immediately.
Can I turn on two-factor authentication?
Yes. Workspace owners can enable TOTP two-factor authentication from account settings for an extra layer of protection at sign-in.
Does Page Interact post to my pages?
No. Page Interact only reads and sends the Messenger messages you approve. It never posts to your timeline or takes actions you have not asked for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can request deletion at any time, and we honour Facebook’s data-deletion requests automatically. Incoming messages are kept for a limited window and then removed.
